Final pricing reflects confirmed scope, number of sessions or locations, customization, deliverables, licensing, travel, and purchasing requirements. This pricing applies to Responsible Technology, Workforce Training, and Operational Implementation engagements. It does not apply to Women's Athletics or other separately scoped engagements.

Engagement boundaries
- Included when scoped: preparation, live delivery, digital participant materials, sponsor debrief, and agreed measurement.
- Separately priced: additional locations, repeat deliveries, extensive customization, recording rights, licensing, and travel.
- Not included: software licenses, custom software development, legal advice, clinical advice, or unlimited revisions.
- Work begins after an authorized purchase order, agreement, or other approved purchasing document.
