This Policy applies to Resilience Ventures LLC and this website. It does not govern a client engagement when a separate contract, statement of work, data-processing agreement, or other written agreement applies.

Information we collect

The website does not offer a contact form. We may receive information when a person emails, calls, or otherwise communicates with us directly, including:

We send marketing emails only when permitted by law. You can unsubscribe by using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. We may keep a limited suppression record so we can honor an opt-out request.

• Unconverted inquiry records are deleted or anonymized within 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.

• Client, contract, invoice, and procurement records may be kept longer when required for business, tax, insurance, audit, or legal purposes.

Resilience Ventures does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To make a request, email hello@resilienceventuresllc.com with the subject Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may use an authorized agent where applicable. We may request proof that the agent has authority to act for you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children's privacy

The website is intended for business and professional audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Third-party websites
