Copyright protection applies to original expression. Publication of a general idea, method, topic, or service category does not create exclusive ownership of that idea or category. Resilience Ventures protects its specific written expression, original materials, brand identifiers, confidential methods, and contract rights.

Permitted use

You may view the public website and download materials that are expressly offered for download for your own internal evaluation. Any separate license printed on a downloadable resource controls use of that resource.

Permission required

Except where law permits otherwise, written permission is required before you:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display substantial website content
• Remove copyright, trademark, authorship, watermark, or attribution information
• Convert Resilience Ventures materials into templates, courses, assessments, databases, products, or services
• Use Resilience Ventures materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or populate an artificial intelligence model, dataset, knowledge base, or automated service
• Present Resilience Ventures frameworks, materials, case studies, graphics, or tools as your own
• Use Resilience Ventures names, marks, logos, or confusingly similar branding to imply affiliation, endorsement, certification, or sponsorship
• Use automated systems to extract substantial content for commercial reuse or development of a competing service

Nothing on the website transfers ownership or grants an implied license to Resilience Ventures intellectual property.

Trademarks

Names and marks followed by the trademark symbol are claimed as trademarks or service marks of Resilience Ventures LLC. The registered-mark symbol will be used only for a mark that has been federally registered for the relevant goods or services.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Confidential methods

Some Resilience Ventures methods, templates, prompts, scoring systems, implementation tools, facilitation materials, and internal processes are not published on the website. Access to confidential or paid materials is controlled by the applicable written agreement, license, confidentiality term, or limited-use notice.

Reporting suspected infringement

To report suspected unauthorized use, email hello@resilienceventuresllc.com with the subject Intellectual Property Notice and include:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the Resilience Ventures material
• The location of the suspected unauthorized use
• A short explanation of the issue
• Screenshots, archived links, or other supporting information
• A statement that the information provided is accurate

Resilience Ventures may request additional information before acting. This reporting process does not waive any right or remedy.
