What to include
- The audience and the outcome the initiative needs to support
- Organization type and the team involved
- Preferred format: training, facilitation, assessment, or implementation support
- Timing, including any board, grant, or fiscal-year date
- Procurement status, if a purchase order or supplier registration is involved

Response time
