No confidential or contractual relationship

These Terms do not override a dispute-resolution provision in a signed client, subcontractor, vendor, or procurement agreement.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
