About the website
The website provides general information about Resilience Ventures LLC, its capabilities, experience, frameworks, training, facilitation, consulting, and implementation support.

No confidential or contractual relationship
Sending an email, participating in an introductory call, or receiving a response does not create a consulting, contractual, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, or confidential relationship.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, procurement-restricted, export-controlled, employee, client, medical, security-sensitive, or privileged information unless Resilience Ventures has agreed in writing to an appropriate method and obligation for receiving it.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may download publicly offered materials for your internal evaluation, subject to the copyright and use limits stated on those materials.

You may not:

Intellectual property
The website and its original text, design, graphics, frameworks, downloads, logos, marks, and other content are owned by Resilience Ventures LLC or used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Resilience Ventures LLC and other identified Resilience Ventures names, frameworks, program names, and marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without written permission.
No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the public website under these Terms.
Information you send us
You retain ownership of information you send us by email or other direct communication. You grant Resilience Ventures a limited right to receive, store, review, and use that information to respond to your inquiry, protect the website, maintain records, and comply with law.
You represent that you have the right to send the information and that doing so does not violate confidentiality, privacy, procurement, employment, intellectual-property, or other obligations.
Capability information
Service descriptions, supplier registrations, industry codes, credentials, case examples, and procurement information are provided for evaluation. They do not guarantee eligibility, availability, pricing, insurance coverage, security requirements, contract award, subcontract selection, or acceptance by a purchasing organization.
The scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, deliverables, data handling, ownership, confidentiality, accessibility, and warranties for paid work must be stated in a signed agreement.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites, tools, platforms, government systems, or resources. Resilience Ventures does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, accuracy, accessibility, policies, products, or services. A link does not imply endorsement unless stated expressly.
Website availability and changes
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any website feature or content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continued availability, or compatibility with every device or browser.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided as is and as available. Resilience Ventures disclaims express and implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, security, and uninterrupted availability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resilience Ventures LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, procurement loss, or decisions made in reliance on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability arising from use of the public website will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Resilience Ventures specifically for access to the website during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resilience Ventures LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or information you send without authority.
Governing law and forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating solely to the public website or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia.
These Terms do not override a dispute-resolution provision in a signed client, subcontractor, vendor, or procurement agreement.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms to the extent allowed by law.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
